Just received a message that the fee for my dstv compact subscription will be increased in September 2020!!! Stupid mistake, but more important the fee should be reduced in view of the constant repetitions of so many programs. In Europe dstv wouldn’t stand a chance with their poor service! But then you are focused on Africa where there is less choice and less quality for whatever reason. But I know that many people are complaining about these constant repetitions for a long time. However dstv never has taken these complaints seriously and claimed that they are repeating programs in case people missed one….! What nonsense and so pathetic! Especially now with the catch up possibility, which in fact you don’t need at all. Dstv should be ashamed about increasing prices without improving services and quality. And moreover, it should be ashamed for not taking complaints of its customers seriously. I do hope a competitor will come on the African market soon, who will provide quality regarding its programming and customer services. Thank you.
